RG East Of Kailash : Advanced Laparoscopic Management of a Large Right Ovarian Cyst (20×17 cm)

PRESENTING / CHIEF COMPLAINTS:
54-year-old female presented with a known case of a large right ovarian cyst requiring surgical management.
CLINICAL FINDINGS:
- Large right ovarian cyst occupying the pelvis and extending supraumbilically
- Omentum spread over the cyst
- Bladder displaced upwards
- Normal-sized uterus
- Left tube and ovary appeared normal
DIAGNOSIS:
Large Right Ovarian Cyst (20×17 cm).
TREATMENT PERFORMED:
Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy with Bilateral Salpingoopherectomy + Adhesiolysis with Vault Fixation under General Anaesthesia.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CASE:
- Successful management of a large right ovarian cyst through minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.
- Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy with Bilateral Salpingo-oophorectomy, Adhesiolysis, and Vault Fixation performed.
- Uneventful post-operative recovery with early discharge in a stable condition.
